4.5% ABV - Our original cream ale returns with Renewal! Soft on the pallet with a delicate malt and hop profile, it is an easy drinking pleaser.
5.2% ABV - Tippler, our lovely summer ale, is a fun and bright golden beer with notes of peach and candied citrus with a country biscuit finish.
4.8% ABV - Our softer, more modern Pilsner, is a light and refreshing lager with citrus and herbal notes featuring the heritage NY hop "Prohibition" from Pedersen Farms in Seneca Castle, NY. Grab a pint and slow things down with a Petrini Pilsner.
6.5% ABV - Juicy! Bursting with nectarine and bright peach flavors, notes of berries and melon.
5.6% ABV - Our white IPA that utilizes a large portion of wheat and oats in the malt bill. It’s soft and fruity with a melange of zesty spices, making it a perfect beer for the height of summer.
6.2% ABV - Notes of candied citrus and pine resin with a clean malt profile. Ends with a snappy bitter finish.
7.0% ABV - Classic IPA with notes of pine, resin, citrus, and lemon balm with a ﬁrm bitterness..
8.5% ABV - Our “Lazy” series of Imperial Blonde Ales captures the local flavors of the Summer harvest. Stargazer is brewed with 120 lbs of fresh strawberries and rhubarb from Condzella’s Farm in Wading River, NY.
6.1% ABV - Brewed with Hudson Valley Malt and shipped on the Schooner Apollonia down the Hudson River, River Dragon is a classic saison that displays botanical aromas with a clean, dry finish on the palate.
4.2% ABV - A midsummer delight of stone fruit sweetness and a balanced tart finish. It’s Just Peachy and ready for these dog days of summer.
5.8% ABV - Aromas of wildflowers and honey are followed by a wave of citrus and pickled pear in this lightly carbonated, off-dry cider.

We do not have an in-house kitchen, but often feature local pop-ups and food trucks. Please check our events calendar for the latest offerings.
You are also welcome to bring your own or order delivery from one of our great local spots, including Hoek Pizza, Hometown BBQ, Mark's Red Hook Pizza, and Court Street Grocers. And don’t forget a sweet treat from Steve’s Key Lime Pie.
Yes, we offer both private and semi-private events, as well as table reservations. Please see our Events & Reservations page for more information.
While reservations are not required, we accept indoor reservations at our beer hall-style tables. There are two options depending on your group size. For more info or to submit an inquiry, head to our Reservations page. Outdoor seating is first come, first serve only.
We do not have on-site parking. Street parking is available, please check signs for hours/availability. Do not park in the lot for 175 Van Dyke as your vehicle will likely be towed. We encourage using public transportation as much as possible.
Yes, we are dog-friendly, but pets must be kept on a leash at all times. Water bowls and treats are available, just ask the beertender.
We are a family-friendly establishment and children are welcome! Please note that children must be accompanied by an adult at all times as working breweries can present many dangers to unsupervised little ones! Absolutely no running is allowed on Strong Rope Brewery property. Be sure to check the game shelf for lots of options to entertain.
Yes we do have outdoor seating available. It’s a mix of picnic tables with and without umbrellas, small bistro tables, chairs, and standing room that is all available on a first come, first serve basis.
Yes, our entrance is accessible and we have two ADA bathrooms, one in the barrel room and one by the main bathrooms.
Yes! We’ve got four packs of select styles ready in our coolers. Or you can mix and match and make your own four pack or case. Swing by any time we’re open for beer to go.
