This month’s First Friday exhibit features the work of Kalcium Fortified (Kelsey Strauch). A Brooklyn-based multidisciplinary artist, Kalcium's biomorphic “bone” paintings bring a whimsical, otherworldly energy to the wall.

For the opening party, we’ll have food by Empanada Papa and DJ Chef Stress spinning tunes. Come take in the art and music on the waterfront — RSVP here so we can know if you can make it!

First Fridays at Strong Rope are a collaboration with the Blank Wall Project and BierWax. Kalcium’s work will be on display through November.
