Learn more about fresh/wet hops at our Wet Hop Tap Takeover event! Wet hops are fresh, whole-cone hops that are picked and used directly after harvesting, often traveling from the farm to the brewery same day, bypassing traditional drying processes. Brewing with wet hops can only happen once a year when hops are harvested from late summer-early fall.
Taste local wet hop guest beers from our friends at Endless Life, KCBC, Niteglow, and Talea! We’ll also be pouring our Condzella Wet Hope Pale Ale and our Holden “Wet” Coast Pilsner. We’ll have a limited supply, so come early to try them all!
